The Canolfan is run and funded by activities solely through the goodness of local volunteers. Each Canolfan event is planned and the skills of those with experience are brought to bear to ensure the utmost professional approach is used.
Access to skills and training courses are encouraged to bring in younger volunteers and also to give them the life skills they may need in other fields of employment.
Any volunteer wishing to expand their knowledge are encouraged and pointed toward courses which may help them to fulfil their dreams.
There are young people now in fields of excellence who were encouraged as a result of voluteering at the Canolfan.
